Strongest of the set
Latvia offers EU/Schengen residence through qualifying investment. From 15 September 2026, the long-standing real-estate and bank-deposit Golden Visa routes close to new applicants. The company-equity route remains available from €50,000 plus a €10,000 state payment, although the permit is reduced to up to two years. A new €150,000 alternative investment fund route is legislated but is not yet operational.
